This Webinar is hosted by the National Center's Mental Health Affinity Group. In this networking session, we have a great opportunity to hear from a national expert on Medicaid systems, Dr. Mary Tierney.

Dr. Mary Tierney, Board Certified Pediatrician and member of the Board of Pediatrics, is a Senior Research Analyst for the American Institutes for Research (AIR) where she provides technical assistance on diverse subjects pertaining to health services research including health care financing and health insurance specializing in Medicaid and State Children’s Health Insurance (SCHIP). Dr. Tierney previously directed the Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) Program, which is sponsored by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). EPSDT is a federal requirement for all Medicaid programs and is implemented in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
