How to Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan: A Strategic Plan Webinar for Cohort III

The TA Team and guest speakers will present a webinar on how to use your vision for Project LAUNCH and the results from your environmental scan to develop a strategic plan that guides your work, keeps your Council engaged, and provides you with the flexibility needed to adapt to the ever-evolving reality of the early childhood environment.
