The Leading for Change virtual event is a series of Webinars and team work meetings designed to bring together and develop a strong team of partners able to act as effective agents of change in your community through the implementation of your initiative. Through the Leading for Change Webinars and team work sessions, teams engage in activities aimed at:

  • building shared leadership
  • strengthening your leadership for systemic change
  • integrating SS/HS and partner activities and programs
  • making decisions based upon an understanding of the change process
  • recognizing and addressing the challenges in change initiatives

This is a required training event for all FY 2008 grantees.
