This brief explores ways in which communities can financially sustain the efforts they have in place to meet the needs of children, youth, and young adults involved or at risk of involvement with the juvenile justice system. This resource is specifically designed to help Systems of Care grantees after the SAMSHA funding period ends, but may be used to assist other programs and communities in sustaining their work with high risk youth.
