Restoring School Communities: A Report on the Colorado Restorative Justice in Schools Program

This study evaluates the effectiveness of a school-based restorative justice program using community group conferences in Broomfield and Boulder, Colorado. The program was used to resolve 22 incidents, including cases of harassment, fighting, theft, vandalism, arson, drugs, and truancy. The report offers both quantitative data and anecdotal evidence of program successes.
