SS/HS Strategic Planning for Sustainability 2011

National Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention This is a 2-day workshop for FY 2008 SS/HS sites that have completed the online course, Planning for Sustainability Using the Legacy Wheel. Each grantee site will bring a team of four to six people including the Project Director and persons who hold key leadership positions within the school district as well as the mental health, law enforcement, and juvenile justice partners. The agenda will lead you through a team process focused on overcoming implementation challenges, sustaining valued program activities and services, and creating opportunities to create systems change in your community. Each team has individual and small group meetings with consultants and peer experts and also has time to meet with the technical assistance staff.
