This document outlines responsibilities for the following roles of the Broome-Tioga Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) project partner agencies including organizations from mental health, law enforcement, juvenile justice, and school systems. All references to “data” refer to aggregate data collected annually for the purposes of grant performance measurement reporting purposes; No identifying information is included. Discussion regarding how all State, Federal, and probation department laws, policies and procedures regarding confidentiality are observed and enforced can be found on pages 9–10.
