Guidelines for Juvenile Information Sharing

Information sharing between juvenile justice, education, mental health and other youth-serving agencies has been identified as a way for these agencies to effectively help at-risk youth by improving data and conducting appropriate and timely assessments.  State and local jurisdictions have been working to improve communication and information sharing between agencies which require a significant shift in the data-sharing capacity of these organizations. This resource discusses the impact of information sharing and how it can be implemented.
