Project Summary : The mission of the Partnership, a strong coalition of community organizations, is to improve the safety and health of all members of the community through the use of programs and citizens organized to create and promote safe environments for our youth, to provide support that enhances the development of healthy emotional growth among our young people, and to foster services to prevent the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs.
