Kelly Wells
Ms. Wells has worked with non-profit organizations and in the school setting for over 15 years in Illinois and South Carolina. She is a licensed child welfare worker in Illinois and trained PRIDE and Educational Advocacy to foster parents for the Department of Children and Family Services. She also helped to develop numerous community collaborations that focused on truancy, gang and violence prevention, and juvenile justice reform. Upon moving to SC, she became a Project Director for a 2004 Safe Schools/Healthy Students site. Kelly also has extensive experience in grant writing, grant management, program evaluation, fundraising, and developing community partnerships. She has a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL and an M.P.A. from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL.
